Looks awesome and very sturdy, but bulky during installation

Looks great once installed but be prepared for an involved installation.
Pros: Looks amazing; depth is perfect for popular screwless faceplates, is very sturdy and supports your outlets really well (given that there will be a slight gap between your device box and the supporting surface).
Cons: the powdercoated flanges are bulky, #8 drywall screws don't sit flush through the holes and screw heads sits too proud to tape&mud over, flange warps when screwed down and pulls up the edges, if you're looking for a level 3-5 finish be prepared to rise the mud substantially for quite a distance from the outlet.
Suggestions for a smoother install with less mud:
1. Consider depressing the paper to inset the flanges better.
2. Use adhesive, not screws or mud to set the flange.
3. Use #6 screws if screwing is desired,
Suggestions to the manufacturer:
1. Raise the bead around the flange to better accommodate screws and/or tape.
2. Revise instructions to specify #6 screws or increase hole size to allow #8 screws to sit flush.
3. Recommend adhesive use.

For DIYers, the flush receptacle lite may be easier to install due to the lower profile and compatibility with Trimtex adhesive (speculation - haven't done it yet), but at the time of purchase the lite version was only available as a one-gang. Suggest adding multi-gang versions of the lite to the lineup in the future!

Fantastic touch!

Iโ€™ve been slowly renoโ€™ing my current home and incorporating many Aria products. This was a new one, love it. Installed in my entryway to give that initial lux look/feel, fantastic niche product!
