Is the wall plate included?
No. Wall Plates must be purchased separately. It is designed to be compatible with recommended brand wall plates (Leviton, Lutron, Eaton)

I really like the look your product Applies to our home.. very stylish and clean!
I suggest you consider a different product for the project that is a retro-fit… issue is homes not pre set for the electric box to be “flush” with the 2x4 requires the box to be moved forward n remounted on the 2x4… this is difficult! If you would make the recess a 1/2” deeper, it would eliminate the need to move the box… I realize that would make the electrical receptacle a bit back, however it will save having to move the electrical box forward..
