How do I join the Fittes Crew?
Just create an account here. It’s completely free — and once you’re in, you’ll automatically start earning points on eligible purchases.
How can I earn points?
Points are earned on the total value of eligible products in your order.
How fast will my points appear in my account after I order?
Points will appear in your account within 24–48 hours after your payment is processed.
How can I redeem points?
Log into your account and apply your available points at checkout for a discount on your order.
What if I lose my reward promo code?
Log into your account and click on “View ways to earn” to find and use your reward codes.
Can I earn points on sale items?
Yes! Unless otherwise noted, you’ll earn points on both full-price and sale items.
Can I use points during a sitewide sale or promo?
Yes, but reward codes can’t be combined with other discount codes or free shipping promos — unless we say otherwise. For best value, use your points on their own.
Will my VIP tier expire?
Yes. Every January, tiers reset.
To keep Gold, spend at least $2,500 by December 31.
To keep Platinum, spend at least $10,000 by December 31.
Will my points expire?
Points never expire. But your VIP tier will reset each year unless you meet the spending minimum to stay in that tier.
What will happen if I cancel or return my order?
No worries — your points will be refunded to your account, just like your payment. Allow 24–48 hours for the update to reflect.
